We are so proud of this recent project in Arcadia, Arizona that we worked on with Vellagio Homes. This stunning home features a variety of charming details, from the seating area in the back yard just steps away from the pool and spa, overlooking the lawn with views of Camelback mountain, to the seating area on the patio in the front yard with a fire-pit, to the views of the lush green landscape from the kitchen window.
We used simple, but effective design choices in material, shape, and circulation, and curated a specific plant palette that works with the architectural style and Arcadian vernacular. Some of the materials used include neutral-toned travertine pavers for the flatwork elements and limestone accents on columns and fire elements, as well as traditionally decorative wrought-iron steel for the gates.
We worked closely with Vellagio Homes and the homeowners to create a space that was both functional and beautiful, and we are thrilled with the results.
